Im sure the paras are trained to operate anywhere, because my beloved rocks are (24 hour standby you know  ).

Oh, and all airborne (anyone who has passed brize norton) units get paid more than people without wings. I think its £4 something a day, a guy I spoke to ex( no.2 squadron) said it amounts to somewhere near £1500 a year :o

tidy..... :robot:

Tony, you and I are both aware that you must have been speaking to at least a dozen of them to get them to work that one out. Stop trying to cover up for them.

Yes, indeed. I also asked them what they thought about royal marines, but they just laughed and muttered something about its "useless plucking cabbage heads" :lol!: .

I presume they were talking about problems in the veggie patch down the allotment?......... :D

I like this Rock Ape, he has the right sort of humour, can take the urine without being offensive so fits in well in the booties dominated forum.

Good on yer Tony

I've a new little friend down here, a Rock based up at Mawgan. we have a great time taking the urine out of each other and enjoy a beer or three (he can't remember two). The main thing is our banter is friendly, not meant to hurt, intimidate or piss people off; ever since I was a sprog it has been that way; I hope it always will be. 8)
