although I'm no admirer of British Plod it seems to me that liberal judges and smart-ass lawyers are really to blame.
If I was old bill in this country I'd be thinking"why bother?"
Saw a case just recently where police time was tied up endlessly when a repeat offender kicked someone to death,said sorry and got five years.
He had been convicted of GBH just two years previously.

Personally, I like the painball option above. I'd be inclined to put them in the freezer overnight, thugh. That would smart!

My next door neighbour is a decent guy, but his dog must go. It barks it's stupid head off all day and is dumb as a sack of hammers. I'm thinking paintball the the way to go. Frozen ones!! If nothing else, it will provide me with hours of entertainment from the deck on top of my car port.
