The operation is quite simple I gather - just a flick of the wrist .....
maybe they could do your tonsils while they're in there.........

Had it done in 62.painful but well worth it, been laughing ever since,mind you ,side effects include putting on weight if you don't watch your diet. Good luck Steve.
