Hi im interested in joining RMR i would like to know what the eye sight requierments are. I have a squint in my right eye im not crosseyed or anything but my vision in that eye is poor. I was in the T.A and found that i could shoot fine but im not sure if the standards are different. i would aprechiate it if someone could shed some light on it.

Go to the AFCO and get a form to join, they will give you a form for an eyesight test that you get completed and bring back with you when you go in for your medical.

The eye test form has to be filled out by the optician, the MO will take it from you. The AFCO will cover the cost of the exam.

If you need an eyesight form filled out, your AFCO should have given the paperwork your opticians need to fill out. Make an apointment at Specsavers or wherever and give them the form to fill out at your eye exam. Easy.
