I'm still recovering from my first ever spinning class yesterday afternoon!
Apparently we burnt up 1150 calories in the 80 mins it was on for, that's almost my entire daily intake!!
So today I'm walking like a little old lady and getting downstairs is more of a controlled fall than anything else...
