8.58 best run time,
10 pull ups.
70 sit-ups and pull ups in 2 minutes

would that be enough to pass ADSC for become a PARA?

is that a timed mile and a half only or is there some kind of warm-up run involved before??

cause truthfully I've never timed my mile and a half by itself

it will be enough for your 1.5m and pull ups. You are not tested on press ups or sit ups at adsc. You will still have to pass a few other strength and grip tests, a medical examination, you will be examined on teamwork, command potential, and attitude. So in a word, No :)
but if you have your head on straight you should be fine.

oh my god I ran a 9:40!

I think I'm over training, lately my times have been getting higher and higher...

But I can't wait to run this again and smash it

I did a 9:06 this morning, I could taste blood when I finished. My lungs were dying... But I still think I can do better by at least 15 seconds
