Welsh Guard army insight course

I have just been on a 3 day army insight course ("look at life") with the welsh guards, in Aldershot.

It something i recommend anyone who is interested in joining the army should do. its comparable to a watered down selection (ADSC), with elements of PT, equipment test (written), command task's, and a night excersise (cam & con, basic ration prep, poncho setup).

It was an amazing weekend.

Depending on where you live, the recruitment officer will have a course for that area, i.e, Scots guards in Glasgow.
