ok, ive got 2 days to go till selection and i cant wait, to see if i pass or fail. ive been trainin but running is just kinda hard some people got it some people havent lol ive got my time down to 11:40 not good but atleast ive got pass 12:45 and i hope and pray that the rush on the day gets me about 11 mins. The icebreaker going to be the only thing im going to struggle on i recon. And catching the train!!! lol might get lost..

Just go for one big effort with your run absolulty go for it and you should be fine. The PT instructors will fire you up for it. Good luck mate.
