You should have got a DVD from your afco with the details...
I did mine at ATR Pirbright couple of weeks ago, passed.

Day One:

Arrival-picked up from station by minivan
Given a number, go to lunch, have medical.
Then those who pass the medical do the icebreaker. Then it's the gym for strength tests, the jerry can carry, and 20-30mins of 'fun' with the PTI's on the rugby pitch.

After that, we had a slideshow and where briefed on two types of grenade, make notes for test tommorow. After that, dinner, then shower and lights out. You have some time to revise for test/interview then.

Day Two:

Early rise, breakfast, the written grenade test (easy), and then the run. They take you round the route at jog/march once, then you do it again, timed.
Memory is going a bit here....think we had a shower next, then the grenade test, and then the Team Challenger. These are important! Most important part of the day, apparently. After that, shower, change into suits, lunch.

Then you all sit in the room waiting for interviews, those who live further away go first.

Good luck with your ADSC mate.
