One of my best mates was MD'd at week 20 due to problems with his knees. He says there's not a day goes by when he doesn't think about the marines, but he's also really glad he did it and says he's much better off for trying. As others have said, I'm sure you'll be able to apply what you've learned in civillian life as my mate has.
At the end of the day you got two thirds of the way to becoming a Royal Marine and you didn't quit, you were just unlucky. Not many people can honestly say that.
Getting injured is one of my biggest fears, because it's usually completely beyond your control. Was it just a progressive thing resulting from yomping about carrying loads of weight, or did you injure it in a fall or something like that?
