Hello im starting Bassingbourn next week sunday to train as an ifantryman, with the rifles, but ive having second thoughts on the job im thinking about trying to get into the parachute regiment but paras dont train at bassingoburn so what should i do. Is there anyone that has been to bassingbourn and chanage to paras, that could tell me what the process for changing was and what, you had to do and where did you go to do your basic training.

You should be able to change your capbadge from rifles to para regt when you get to training.
