im hoping to join 4 para in the near future and have contacted them about attending something called 'look at life' in october 06. to be honest i doubt that my fitness will be at the required standard by then as ive really let it go since i left the royal green jackets five years ago. for that reason im thinking of postponing my application until ive sorted my fitness out.
ive already founf this forum useful and im looking forward to receiving and hopefully giving a lot more good advice over the coming months.
cheers,
morky.

Welcome aboard morky.
I dont think he's a member on this side, but 'exgreenjacket' is also going for 4 Para.
You will find plenty of advice here, good luck.

Will probably take you close to that to complete your basic training, if you do at all.
