Not really.

I know it exists. Based in Poole. Joint SAS/SBS thing. UK's answer to Task Force 21.

That's it.

Isn't the joint SAS/SBS regiment the SCS?

See http://www.armchairgeneral.com/forums/a ... 13769.html

Links to a quote from that ever reliable bastion of the truth "The Sun". You can get the original from the Sun's website but you have to pay the devil (aka Rupert Murdoch) to do it.

Reading the info on your link Chateau Lafite wouldn't the duties outlined be covered by 14 int?

Couldn't say Mr Sonne. I doubt it as 14 int (now SRR) are primarily a recognisance asset and the american version Task Force 21 are a Delta/CIA sort of...umm...Task Force.

They were used in I-rak to hunt and distroy Bathist officials and members of Sadams' family. Remember the shoot out with Uday? - TF21.

As I say, all I know is that;

1) They exist. Definitely. Based in Poole.
2) That's it.
3) ...and they are Top Secret. (Which means I'm wasting my time writing this.)

I thought the shootout with Uday and his men was the 101st airbornes doing...

Or maybe my brain is failing me again :x

HC00 see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Task_Force_121

..and my appologies. They are Task Force 121, not Task Force 21. Interestingly it seems according to the article that other nations (inc SAS) are part of TF121. But where does that leave our X-Squadron?

Wiki peedia things arent useful when searching for facts as people can and will just put nonsense on it as its a public editable resource.

(That fellow who pretended to be a knighted war hero comes to mind.)

Quick reply.

And yes washington times is better than wiki

I still call BS (and note I may be wrong) but I doubt anyone can offer any info that will change my opinion

As an aside do the american government still deny the existance of delta force? And if so do they actually exist?
