Sh!t, lol thats what I meant swap all the anaerobics with aerobics! We are doing this in A-level PE at the moment (aerobic training programmes) so if my teacher were to hear this I think she would have a fit :o

Good thread!

today: 3 mile run. Was meant to do 20mins of hill sprints after, but wussed out. Wrong attitude for PRMC!
Later, pub quiz, to stretch the grey matter

All the best

3 1 Mile intervals 6:20 pace, 4 min slow jogging recovery around track.

Was tough, aiming to cut recovery to 3 minutes by next time.

letsrole,

How are the press-ups coming along? Is see your doing 43 now, good stuff. Is this in one go or in sets? Are you practicing them at one press-ups every two seconds? As that will be the pace on selection, since there done to beeps. Hope the shin splints are going away and training is going well.

Nade, I was going to PM you later this week to say that the press ups are coming along. And yeah it's one set of 43, a mighty progression of 9 in a set, one month ago! lol, last night did 45 8) well chuffed. I think it was your idea of doing 'sets' that got me this far or I would still be on 9!

Shin splints have just about gone away now thanks to a combination of stretching (thanks GGHT) and insoles (thanks doc) and I'm just building up my running slowly now not going to rush in again (still only on 1.6 miles!)
