RM pilot?
Any idea how this one works? Do you still do the commando course and then start EFT??

As far as I know buddy, the only place there are non-commissioned pilots is the AAC. And as for pilots in the RM, I'm told there are about a dozen; all of the roles are covered by the Junglie squadrons of the FAA. However... some of the FAA pilots do the All Arms Commando course, and earn their green lid that way. You'd need two passes at A-level for officer entry into any force.

Nowadays, you have to do YO training, and choose pilot just like any other specialisation when you have got phase 2 training then your first draft out of the way. They do make some SNCO's pilots however they have to do the SOLE course first to get their commission to technically there are no longer any SNCO pilots.
