Hey Sandaz,

I could have trained harder for my first PRMC, and I wasn't really in the right frame of mind first time round. I don't think I really belived that I could pass.

I failed on the 3 miler in the end, and at the time I had been training 4-5 times a week for about 5 months. This time round I've been training 5-6 times a week, and all my work has been outdoors rather than inside the gym.

What sort of scores have you managed in training (pressups, pullups, 3 miler etc..)?

Cheers

Braywick

3 miler i can manage at 20.49 :) i think ill be able to still get it down mind.

1.5 miler on tredmil in 9.29 secs which i also think ill be able to knock dwn to around 9 mins for pjft.

when it comes to pressups and situps and pull ups i tend to do circuits, i havnt actually tried my best yet. At tho mo im doin 25 pressups, then 25 situps then 5 pullups then 60 secs rest then repeat x 3.

My max ammount of pullups in 1 go is about 14 i think which iv heard is good but its weather i can do that many after bein beasted lol.
