Just a quick query on my upper body exercises, any advise on them ? at the min im doin every day exceot suns : 30 marine style pressups, then 30 sit ups then 30 pull ups old for 2 secs, then 30 secs rest then repeat but 20 at a time, then 30 secs rest and 10 of each. this ok? am i gaining ? or am i stayin at level 1 ?

Then the week after, Add 5 pressups and situps, and add 2 pullups. Do this for about 3/4 weeks then eventually you'll be able to do like 60 pressups no problem at all.
