Insight 3-5th December

Post by darkmason »

Is anyone else going on the insight course 3rd -5th December? :)

I am worried however that I booked it too soon. I can get about 50 pressups, 90 situps and maybe 9.30-10 mins BFT run. I'm not worried about the situps, but will my time and pressups be enough?

NO! YOU NEED UNDER 9:18 TO BE A PARA, BUT YOU SHOULD BE AIMING FOR ATLEAST UNDER 9 MINUTES, AND A MINUMUM OF 50 PUSHUPS AND SITUPS, AIMING FOR OVER 70.

Look around at the million and one other insight course posts, and all will be revealed :)

Thanks James (sorry for the ignorance). I'm going to really push it in the morning and see if I can get my BFT right down.

I was down for it but i can't get the time off of work and recently due to injury my times have dropped by a minute at least and my pressups could do with improvement.
