FIT FOR SELECTION
hey there im quite fit for the selection i have coming up on the 8th of dec but was wondering do any of you guys know any last minute excercise programs or anything like that before i go just to make sure cheerss :fadein:

You divvy. You've left it pretty late then haven't you. Have a look around the Marines part of the forum which has loads of usefull training programs for you to work to
The only sensible idea would be to get off your arse and do lots of running on and off road. Sets of press-ups everyday...
What is your standard at the moment? (How many Press-ups, how many Sit-ups, what time on 1.5 mile?)

no im have been doing a lot of excercise for the past three months i was just asking if anyone knew any really good excercises to help improve a bit more havnt really counted sit and pulls ups but im quite strong and i do the run in about 10 mins so i should be ok ps if you are entering the AFC as junior entry the time for the run is 14mins but for adults its 11 mins is that correct??? cheers

I WANETD TO DO PARAS BUT I FEEL IM NOT FIT ENOUGH AT THE MO FOR THAT SO IM JOINING A INFANTRY REGIMENT THE MY AFCO ADVISER SAID I CAN DO PARA TRAINING LATER ON BUT YEAH MATE YOU DO HAVE TO DO THE RUN IN 930 EVEN IF IT IS JUNIOR SOLDIER ENTRY
