I kept looking at myself in a suit too .......man im vain lol

Well first you will be weighed you height taken and your blood pressure. Asked a serious of questions do you smoke any heart defect in family etc
Then you will be asked to undergo the colour blindness test(series of dots with different coloured dots in there that make up a number). Then you are asked to read a a paragraph from a chart while they change which eye you see from. Then your hearing is tested with a series of high and low pitched bleeps in each ear at an annoyingly low volume lol. Then you blow into a 'flow o meter' (thats what it said on the equipment anyway) to see how much air you can blow out. Your chest is measured while relaxing then again when you have inhaled your maximum amount of air.

Next you will see the doctor......mwahahahaha

You will be asked about 40 questions about medical history about you and your family and breakages etc. Then your eyes are tested again with the normal lettered chart decreasing in size.Your eyes and ears will be inspected with pieces of equipment. Then you will strip down to your underwear. Then you will be asked to put your arms in certain positions touch your toes etc to see any bone defects or anything that isnt right. Then you will promptly be grabbed by your balls and asked to cough

Then you get changed and sign a few things about who copies can go to etc and walk back to the AFCO.No blood is taken only a urine sample to see if your a drug addict/alcoholic or any other illnesses diabetes etc

Oh yea welldone mate you might be on the PRMC with me as i passed yesterday.

I could get into shape within a month i believe...i can run 2.5 miles in about 20 mins at a nice steady pace...i just have to drop weight for the pullups since i used to be quite bulky(muscle mostly) and now its turned into a little fat...i mean im 15 stone and aiming to be 13.5-14 when i go for my prmc
