What's a good answer to 'What is the role of an Officer'?

Post by Anakha6 »

I was asked this during the interview at AOSB and during my feedback I was told that my army knowledge was weak. Since this is pretty much the only directly army related question I was asked, I'm assuming that my answer to it was poor.

Can anyone help?
