Don't start running around with jerrrycans on your back just yet, concentrate on some decent running road/grass mix.

Get your hands on a couple of water cooler bottles (With handles), there 18.9l so a little short of the weight but not by much. Thats what im using im up to 300m now, dont know why im still going as I hear they only make you do 150m. Wont be happy till I smash every test

Yeah it's 20k in each hand. So obviously a jerry can in each hand. For a distance of 150 metres.

I passed this test...I dropped 1 of them just 5 metres short...not the weight it's the grip!

How much time do you get to cover the 150m with the cans?
Is it pass/fail or a graded result?

Its not really time as you will do it in a group keeping to a pace set by the pti which I believe is 5.4kph. I was told its manily to check for people with weak wrists so you dont snap during basic but it could be a fail if your joining the engineers, bits of bridge aint light. The run is pass or fail but everything you do is put into the system and your given a grade. Higher your grade quicker you get in so find your limit then go over it on all the tests. Their looking for commitment.

yup ChrisP69 is exactly right.

I dropped them 5 metres short but I showed determination etc so didn't fail. You just give it your all.
