5' 9 and your 126lbs????? you will be below the minimum BMI for a start??
Walking or stopping on your 1.5 mile will fail you straight away.
Train 3 times a week each session should be over 40 minutes to get any benefit.
Do press ups and situps every morning and every night in sets of ten/shake off/ten more.
Simple really.

You dont wana be standing out for the wrong reasons, just really get into the fittness think ARMY ARMY ARMY .... works for me
and just to be REALY mean, walking in the middle of a run is a very bad habbit to get into, just slow right down. NO WALKING

I am actualy 128 pounds same height doe n i've checked ma bmi its 18.9 and the minimum required is 18.5 thats what ive been told by my recruiter and even if i was 126 pounds i'd still make it with a bmi ov 18.6.. i still think i should put on weight and increase my bmi ova 19 but with all the running am doing everyday including my best effort sprints its going to be real tough!! thanks anyways broMSI64 wrote:5' 9 and your 126lbs????? you will be below the minimum BMI for a start??
