I had 2 interviews after my BARB test.

First was with my Staff Sgt where he asked simple questions about who you are, where you live, financial situation, working/education, checking I was sure on my chosen Corps etc etc...

Then I had my 2nd (final) interview with his boss a WO2. This was the suited & booted interview (appearance is important). He asked more or less the same questions as my last interview but just a little more in depth.
Asking questions like 'do you understand you secondary role' ... 'if you were sent on Operational duty in say Afghanistan are you and your family ok with that' ... 'are you happy to work with people from all background/races' so be prepared for these types of questions.

Best of luck to you, if you look smart & are polite you'll do fine, show determination! William.

normally you will get your interview once your Med docs have been cleared through ADSC. Two Interviews are done, one with your recruiter the second with the office manager.

Everytime you step into the Office you should be smartly dressed and shaved.

Yeah, my medical docs only took a few weeks to clear at ADSC & then soon as they were clear I went in for my 1st of 2 interviews.

I wore a suit everytime I went to the Careers Office which they picked up on (good thing) :)

Wear a suit for your interviews but just dress smart for any other time your going in the Office, polo shirt and clean jeans work shave aswell.
Just look at the process as a six month interview!

Would you respect your Recruiter if he looked like crap whenever you went in the office????
