Hey i know i haven't posted anything for a while, but i've bin busy training and working. The reason for this post is i have a cramp in the back of my right leg when i run, i gave if a 2 week rest but its still hurting..I'm due to start phase 1 the 18th of next month and im worried i wont be physically ready, would really appreciate the tips.
