Good luck mate!

Keep your head down (except for the team tasks), smash the physical side of it and you'll be fine! The 1.5 mile route is pretty good going to, there is a bit of a downhill slope to get some momentum!

Don't forget to know your job choices inside out, and have a shave (even if you don't think you need one) before your final interview!

If you have trained hard enough you will be fine mucker. Any questions just PM me and I'll help if I can!

Don't let the run get to you, just go with the attitude that you are going to win it, I did (came 3rd though, gutted :x ) and it helped me!

I have ADSC on the 22nd of October, and am yet to recieve my joining instructions.

I realise there is a 1.5 mile best effort run, but can someone also tell me what other physical tests there are, and the standard required (I'm female)? Are there any situps or pressups?

Cheers

I got Selection in 9 days...as far as I know the only people who sit a Maths exams are people entering an Engineering trade ie RE, REME etc...

There is a Grenade test I have been told about...you learn about the Grenade (make notes) and the next day you get asked questions about it to test your memory.

Other than that written test wise that's it as far as I know!

Counting the days :D off 4 my daily 1.5 mile run soon...failure is not an option :P!

How long after sending your medical forms over to your GP do you get a pre-selection date?
