Royal Engineers
I going for the Royal Engineers mate i do most of my running, sit ups, and press ups at my local gym i do 1.5 miles once a week and do 2-3 3 mile runs a week but i want to start working out outdoors hence the reason im looking for a training partner what reg you going for then mate?

Well currently Im at a Rugby Academy in Gloucester, and now the seasons finished, Im doing alot more interval runs, circuit training, fartlek training, timed runs etc.
Yeah, I bloody hate those doctors, I gave them an earful on Friday because basically last year applied because I was going to join straight after Year 11, but because the Doc or receptionist took almost 4 months to tell me that they had last the papers, I ended up going to college instead. So I'm phoning them everyday until it has been complete.
What are you currently doing at the moment; working; college?

Press ups mainly mate my cardio is ok just need to work on my press ups this is me so far 6 pull ups, 45-50 press ups 2 mins, 70 sit ups 2 in mins, 1.5 miler 9.40-9.45what are your scores like at the mo yeh look forward to the training mate?
