We are cycling non stop as part of a 24 hr relay from London to Gibraltar in aid of Help for Heroes. Please check out our site http://www.ttchallenge2010.info to see what Mark Beaumont (the man who cycled the world) has to say

We leave on the 13 October from Trafalger Square. Our site has a lot of information about the challenge which is 24hr for 8 days. You can also send us good luck messages, see what the press have to say, link us on your facebook account, see what kit the team still needs and donate to this amazing charity via JustGiving.

I have purchased the last of my cycling clothing today and looking forward to Wednesday, just have to prep my bike ready for the easyjet flight and hope to god that it makes it.
