I'm still recovering from my first ever spinning class yesterday afternoon!
Apparently we burnt up 1150 calories in the 80 mins it was on for, that's almost my entire daily intake!!
So today I'm walking like a little old lady and getting downstairs is more of a controlled fall than anything else...

Iv'e been stuck in my new bathroom with that nasty vomiting and spackling virus since last Sunday.
Not sure about this new image,but I guess I'll get used to it.

Ahh see, I never have that problem......I get the pizzas BEFORE drinking. :)

I always thought one pizza was to absorb all the alcohol and the other is great stone cold for morning breakfast! :D

For all the civvies who go on about Soldiers having cheap accomodation. I have had no heating or hot water for nearly ten days now!!!!! And according to the people who do the repairs its not a bloody emergency????
