Only just seen this.
WTF!
Why was there only 2 blokes out of 6 in the back there who actually had the balls to stand up get in the firefight?
That mong who got an empty cartridge down his top just made me laugh. And then when he flapped and spilt the 7.62 ammo box when the gunner shouted for more. Why flap? Your in a vehicle. It makes me wonder what these blokes would be like on a foot patrol when they havnt got the comfort of that vehicle to protect them.
1 word to describe that. Unprofessional.

Here is a video which shows aggression and clear-headed professional soldiers fighting the enemy.

The royal Irish were outstanding on that tour. That video brings back some memories and gets the hairs on the back of my neck going.
RIP LCpl McCullough, Sangin 2006.

Jesus H.Christ on a bike learn to spell or stay away from these forums.
Let's not forget who comes from that battalion on the video.
P.S. we are a light role battalion aswell.
I would love to see you say that to them face to face.It makes me wonder what these blokes would be like on a foot patrol when they havnt got the comfort of that vehicle to protect them.

I was reacting to the comments made about the video and my thoughts on their skills and drills, or lack of.
Was it really that intense? No not really. Good job...well thats very debatable. That was intense, good job boys!
Thanks for the video,
Stinky, im not like alot of para reg who have a deep hatred for anyone outside their battalions. But that video was pathetic. Where was the section commander or ANY NCO's controlling the firefight? Is it your SOP's that you have 1 bloke get up and fire back? I for sure would not trust any of them next to me on patrol...would you?
