Ta pre nco course.

Hi wondered if anyone can give me any info on pre nco course. How do you get on this course? How long is duration of course? Is it a pre requisite for promotion? Is this the only route to lance jack? How often is course run and where? What does course involve etc etc etc etc. Cheers.
