Joining Age for TA

#1 Post by Dogz » Sun 04 Jan, 2009 11:36 am

Hi Guys I would like some advice.
My 16 year old son applied to join the regular army but was turned down on his medical because he had been on Ritalin for ADHD, he's been off it for over a year but the medical states you have to be off it for 3 years.
Anyway they said he can come back when he's 18 to try again.
I wanted to know what age he can apply to the TA and if the fact he was on Ritalin will mean he still cant join up.
