First contribution to this site.........................Whats the news on the latest legal initiative to gain a pension of some sort for the members of the TA ?

The part time Royal Irish have a case against the MOD with the employment tribunal at the minute and as far as I remember this is one of the things on it. Under Europian law you are entitled to holiday pay and a pension etc. The case is up next April so keep an eye out.
