Is there much oppourtunity to train as a PTI in the Army if I wanted too ? Or is it just people who are asked to specialise in it?
I am really enjoying my fitness training and it would be something I'd be interested in doing long term.. If I could help people like the PTIs have helped me, would be a very rewarding..

Re: Army PTI
Once you reach the Rank of Lance Corporal you can request to be sent to the PTI Instructors College in Germany, IF you pass the course there you will become a PTI, you will still be your first Trade but PTI on the side, it's extra responsibility but extra pay and time away from your main role, it's something I'm heavily considering also, actually just completed a short coarse on Coaching and Instructing in my local College to give me a taster and it was great fun, very rewarding.Fent wrote:Is there much oppourtunity to train as a PTI in the Army if I wanted too ?
