Finally realised after some serious thinking......

Post by Bored Civvy »

That if I want to do anything,I want to go back and be a Para.
I want a second chance to prove myself and show I have got what it takes.
Ive been putting off phoning the Para recruiting team to see what they say about me re-applying (my AFCO officer said he would put me forward for them again, even after my report) to get a verdict from the horses mouth so to speak.
Im going to phone them tomorrow, the worst they can say is "your a tosser, dont bother trying". :-?
:P

On the downer though my groin strain is seemingly not getting better at all,in fact it seems to be going back to ow bad it was.Whether Ive resprained it again while on these super strong painkillers or not will be found out fri afternoon, but the doc did say he`d send me to a physio if it wasnt better in 2 weeks.

Work in progress. 8)

Before reapplying to join the Paras get your self fit and get rid of that injury or you will be wasting every ones time. If you have already tried the course you must know that if you are injured then you will never make it through the P Course

bloke who lives up are way joined the paras and he was in it for a short time then had groin problems. He's got to wait a year before joining, shame really he seemed really level headed and really fit.
