Why pea shooters? They're rubbish, I'd have gone for a potato gun.

Sterion, i think Sandy has got the answer for you.....stick yer weight training up your arse and get your running trainers on  Dont worry, your not the only one having to leave the weights alone and beast the CV at the moment. 8)

Legs and lungs; thats what really matters. Until you pass obviously, then its all about the beach muscles

Haha para, thanks for the advice on the CV training done quite a bit of running and breathing hasn't been a problem but as you say leg strength is weaker. As for the mortar fellas squaring me up i'll pass on that one!!

Oh fook me, not literally, too youn for me  :o
Lonsdale trainers are sh*t, they gave me shin and ankle pain just from wearing them casually, they have no sole or cushioning. The other day I tried playing footie on the green with them on and it was a pain in the arse as I felt every stone I stood on, I wouldn't suggest wearing them again, for training anyway. I just went to a sports shop and looked round, picked a pair that fit well, fit the job and tickled my fancy :o but no doubt you'll be told different in a second.
