Can anyone tell me the weight of the bergen you sometimes have to carry during training at Catterick? Im starting some training carrying different weights and I need to know the base weight. Cheers

I wouldn't bother mate, theres no need, its progressive and doing some before you turn up could increase you chance of injury. Stick with the sprints, hill reps, short runs and steady longer runs with some swimming and that to get yourself some good CV, and you'll get by.

Theres various topics regarding the weights of bergans, have a look through the previous forum pages.

Might sound silly....but what is actually in the bergan for full fighting order?
