Hello all,
A couple of months ago I was looking for a low interest loan but got turned away from all the high street banks as I serve in the forces and don't own my home.
This really got to me as I presumed that my credit history was pretty good, always paying direct debits and the credit card off in time, but apparently that doesn't mean much when you don't own a home.
Recently I came across http://www.serviceloans.co.uk who really got me out of a bind. They offered loans dedicated to us in service and offer different options based on if you own your own home or not.
Just wondering if anyone else has had issues with loans?

Loans for those in service?
Re: Loans for those in service?
Military is probably the best loans because as you stated here there are lots of benefits and advantages that they can offer. Why not avail the military loans instead.

Home equity loan can be a difficult concept for the people who have never dealt with home ownership earlier. So, we define equity as the financial value of a property or business beyond any amounts payable on mortgages, liens, claims, etc. In short, home equity is how many houses the person has earned.
