God I've got so many, where do I start.

American Psycho by Bret Easton-Ellis. Like most, the book is so much better than the film which is also great IMO.

The Great Casino Heist by Richard Marcus. True story about a band of casino cheats who rinsed casinos across the globe for millions. A real page turner.

Any of Jeremy Clarkson's books.

Either of the New Scientist last word books - 'Does Anything Eat Wasps?' and 'Why Don't Penguins Feet Freeze?'
2 good books for the toilet. They try to use science to answer some of lifes' more challenging questions. Such as:

"How fat do I need to be to be bulletproof?" and "What time is it at the North Pole?"
Aways look on the bright side of life.

Debbie does Dallas A wonderful heart wrenching book later turned into a film.

Any book by Terry Pratchett really. Love the Discworld series with Rincewind, Commander Vimes et all.

Also like reading Tom Sharpes books. Indecent exposure, riotous assembly, both based on his time living in South Africa before Mr Mandella came to power plus all his other ones like Wilt, Porterhouse Blue etc, etc.

Artiste,
You read Wilt in No-Where yet?
I'm sure you and I can identify with the poor sod
I mailed some of Tom Sharpes books to Frank a while back.
Seems to have enjoyed them :P
