facebook accounts?
so basically, I'm 16 and looking to join the parachute regiment when I'm 18 and possibly run for special forces selection. My college tutor used to work with special forces and he recommended that I remove it. Would this be a wise choice?
Re: facebook accounts?
1 Para is special forces.....what I would suggest is that you keep your head down and work towards your goal

Who carried out the parachute raid on the Taliban then, and when SAS is over stretched who does the job then.

Re: facebook accounts?
Remove your Facebook account when you come to your selection mate. Anyone serving in the special forces are not to make that fact known to the masses or display their identity on Facebook. But I wouldn't worry about it until your there, just watch what your posting and who you make it visible to, be sensible. Even future employers can see what you like and/or comment on!
