RAF Reg Squadrons?

Am I right in thinking that these are the only squadrons in the UK?

Are there any kind of sub squadrons located anywere else?

Cheers bit of a shame that unless you live near to one.
My nearest one is London and Im in Sussex bit far to go every week..

Takes about 3 months but depends on lots of thing like now xmas is coming up so the recruting staff will go on leave ect ect....
