Cheers.
I've done my medical and eye tests and got to send them off tomorrow. Other than that i'm working my nuts off for getting fit.

Trying to think about a job in the army now. Tempted by assault engineer (pioneer).

Try British Military Fitness worked wonders for my fitness. They have classes all over the country and the first one is free!

Should be ok on fitness. Got my 1.5 mile time down to 13:24.
Can do 50 press ups and 50 situps and 5 pullups. Run times are coming down steadily and i've got a while before ADSC.

Doing more tabata training and hoping to do a big tab soon as well.

i put in a new system for myself for fitness,
every time i enter a room i do a set routine depending on the room.
front room = 20 push ups
bedroom = 20 squats
bathroom = 20 situps.
and full body stretch when i go on the balcony.

As for Military fitness, they are a good company, doe the free lesson with my mum and sister, we were pretty much were all dead by the end of it, but at £5 a session it isnt too bad, i do one class a week and works out well.

Doing PT at the local barracks with 7 Rifles now, on a tuesday. Also training for rugby and playing it soon too.
Plus i've been drafted into the barracks rugby team too.

Doubly got to pass selection now.
