I'm going to do 6.5months of run training (building run fitness & getting mileage on legs) then 2 months of the fighting fit programme by adrian weale.
Just before i start, what mileage per week should i be looking at in preparation for pcompany?
I was told that p company is a runners course as of late and the people who pass are people who put in the miles. Cheers.

Just work on your overall fitness so that you don't damage your self, if your are fit you can take on most challenges

I passed the reserve p coy in December, I was running 6-8 miles once a week, 3-4 miles ending with hill sprints once a week, circuits 2-3 times a week and a tab thrown in at the weekend. Your unit drill nights should provide you with a good phys session too.
