hey guys, new to this forum, will cut to the chase... I will be 25 before i am fit enough to submit an application with the paras. was originally going to sign up around 4 years ago but medical problems put the the life plan on hold. along with the fitness (which is very poor currently) i am now again very interested and want to proceed. i know fitness fitness fitness with mental fitness is the key to success, however am just worried about the age side of things, is it still worth a shot at 25 or should i hang up the running shoes. any feedback would be awesome.

I reckon if you can sort the fitness, and the physical and mental resilience then sure, why not?

Would you forever regret not having a go if you just decide you're too old and don't even try...?
