Parachute regiment - Run times/ Static Lift required

I have my nurture course coming up and have been told that i need to do my 1.5mile in under 9mins or i will have to look at another regiment.

Does it make a difference if you do the heavier static lift at adsc?

when i started my training i was told it was 9.18 or then 9.40 if you do the heavier lift.

My friend did nurture a month ago and did 9.59 was passed onto to adsc and at adsc ran a 9.21 (plus did the heavier lift) and got through to PRAC

im just wondering does anyone have the times needed at nurture and adsc as it seems a bit mad my mate has run over 9mins both times and been put through where as im being told unless its under 9 i wont be put through to adsc for Para's.

noticed there is at least 1 fully fledged and respected PTI on here and was hoping to get some clarification

Edit* im running under 9.40 and doing better each time, another month and it'll be under 9
