While reading earlier posts a thought occurred to me, do you wear your own shoes at ADSC or do you have to use standard issue boots? I was thinking of getting some specialist running shoes for road running but if you use boots when being tested it wont be worth it. same goes about them special inserts and things, are you allowed to use them at ADSC?
