Back home after 5 weeks of shit! Worth it though.
TOP TIP: my fitness is shocking, thought I was doing enough but clearly not! Whatever you are doing, do more! The standerd is high and the fitness it extreamly hard. Picked up a back injury after only tabbing a couple of miles with the bergan and all my exercise kit. Not saying you should tab with weight before you join, but strengthen your back with exercise.
Also been pinged for being on here by the staff.... so be careful waht you say. They will find out!
