My 1.5 is terrible at the moment but its straight after a day at work, ive got wednesday off this week so i am going to workout with heaves ect the tuesday night then get up and do the 1.5 miler after some brekfast like i will be doing at ADSC and post the time for you then.
What are you guys running it in at the moment, if youve got a solid pace i may have to follow you hehe.

p.s on my practice selection at Bassingbourn i ran the 1.5miles in 10.41 but i was ill and hadnt eaten so thats sort of my worst time i guess

YES! Just got confirmation that my ASDC is on the 17th!!
Can't wait! I did a fitness assessment at my careers office with
a few other recruits. I stayed with the lead recruitment officer on the run
and did it in 9:45 but i know i can do better!
Do you know if there is someone setting the pace for us
at ADSC??
What are your run times?

A few days to go till the dreaded run, i have refrained from doing one for the last couple of weeks and just hope that passion and determination get me through the longest 9.18 seconds of my life hehe. How is everyone else feeling whos on ADSC Wednesday?
