Ok i try to play the very first video, the channel 4 one, and it comes up the site but then just a square white box and nothing?

Do i need an install, flash player or something like that for an example?

Seriously though I think youll need to install Active control.

Not sure of the actual website where you get it from but have a read of this it may help.
