No map reading for the 30 miler, apart from officers. Then they do theirs in 7 hours as well, which brings it a bit closer to your calculation of 30miler para speed being 6hrs 45min. So if you take into account map reading, maybe around 15 mins ( :) ) for the 7 hours total? Means same speed as paras just an extra 10 miles for the officers. Unless its 16 mins map reading...which makes them faster :D :agrue:
